FAQ

How does Health Compendium work ?

Our compounding team consists of a Canadian and American Pharmacists. We manufacture the Flumazenil troches in our state-of-the-art, GMP (good manufacturing practices) facilities.

Does Health Compendium test for purity and safety ?

Absolutely. Our troches are manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility under the supervision of our lead chemist and compounding pharmacist. We source active ingredients exclusively from FDA-approved and thoroughly vetted manufacturers—the same suppliers trusted by pharmacies, hospitals, and large pharmaceutical companies.

To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, we test every batch of raw materials in two independent laboratories. We also conduct thorough testing on every batch we produce. Your safety is, and always will be, our top priority.

Although we’ve relocated, we continue to operate under the strictest interpretations of FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)—recognized as the most rigorous standards in the world

Do you guarantee the results ?

We always will 100% guarantee the amount and quality of flumazenil in every troche we produce. Each product is carefully manufactured to ensure the highest quality and consistency and quality you can rely on.

However, as with any health product, individual experiences will vary. Every human body is different, and while we guarantee the ingredient dosage, results will differ from person to person. The decision to try this product should always be made in consultation with your doctor to ensure it’s appropriate for your needs. The best way to see if it works for you is to give it a try (with your health provider’s ok) and see how your body responds.

Does Health Compendium offer health advice ?

Currently, Health Compendium does not provide health or treatment advice. While we plan to expand our services in the future to include a fully integrated medical digital clinic, our pharmacists and staff are not authorized to offer medical guidance at this time.

The information provided on our website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical services or advice. This site is not designed to offer medical advice, guidance, or to replace the consultation process with a healthcare provider. Please purchase from this site only under the supervision of an appropriate medical professional.

Do I need a prescription ?

No, you do not need a prescription.

How can this be ?

To follow our mission of radical accessibility and dignity in healthcare, we decided to re-locate our operations and our team to a small island nation, where it is permitted to sell different supplements, nutraceuticals and medicinal compounds without a prescription, provided they are non-controlled substances. . We hold all required licenses to operate. We respect all laws and regulations

Is flumazenil covered by private insurance in Canada?

Since coverage varies by insurance provider, we cannot provide a definitive answer for your specific policy. Generally, private insurance will require a prescription from your treating physician, along with proof that other conventional treatments have been tried before Flumazenil. You’ll need to check directly with your insurer for details.

Can flumazenil be covered by a public health regime in Canada?

Coverage rules differ by province, and each has its own legislation. To determine whether Flumazenil is covered under your province’s public health plan, please contact the relevant provincial health authority directly.

Is there any other way flumazenil can be covered in Canada ?

In some cases, Flumazenil might be eligible for tax deductions. If it’s not covered by your insurance, you could potentially claim it as a medical expense. Prescription medications purchased outside of Canada may be deductible under certain circumstances, with a doctor’s prescription. We recommend consulting the Guide to Eligible Medical Expenses on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website for more details on what you can claim.

What payments methods do you accept ?

To launch our service as quickly as possible and make our products available to those who need them, we are currently only accepting wire (SWIFT) or direct bank transfers through our payment processor. We plan to add more payment options soon. If you’re not comfortable using this method, please stay in touch, and we’ll update you when other options become available.
